Friday 5/1/09
We went back to the Pensacola Shipyard Marina today. We washed off the salt water, deflated my inflatable doll, and prepared for the trip home. We left our truck and trailer here for the two weeks we were out. ($30).
We met a couple from North Carolina who had come down from Chattanooga on their cabin cruiser. They had their nephew driving down from Chattanooga with their trailer to haul out and start back. They pulled out sometime after dark. They suggested Chet's for dinner, so that's where we went.
Saturday 5/2/09
We had hooked the trailer to the truck last night, and were ready to haul out early. Everything went well, and we departed about 9 am. It's about 14 or 15 hours driving time back NOrth, and that's approaching my limit for one day.
